CUSTOMER PICKING UP PRODUCT FROM THE HOLT WAREHOUSE
The customer is responsible for the safety of products being picked up themselves by keeping the product in the required temperature zone (below 40o F for refrigerated items and below 28o F for frozen items) from receipt to storage and ultimate consumption. The customer is also responsible for transporting the food item in a safe manner that would prevent the food product from cross-contamination. By signing the invoice for product pick up, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the cold chain protection of the products on the invoice as described above.
